By signing our contract, the submitting author grants Mister Magazine the right to publish the submitted pieces in Mister Magazine or mr.web. Print contributors will receive a free printed copy of the issue in which their piece is published.

After the author approves or requests changes to the proof, publication decisions are final and made by Mister Magazine editors.

The Mister Magazine team reserves the right to change the release date of all print and web pieces. Web contributors can expect a response time of up to one month. Description text goes here

Submissions must be the submitting author’s original and authentic work. Submissions must not contain any material that violates or infringes on someone’s rights other than the submitting author’s, including but not limited to, intellectual property rights.

Mister Magazine is not open to works that include AI processes of any sort, including the generation of prompts, images, titles, names, outlines, dialogue, plot elements, descriptive passages, etc. Willful violators of this policy will be permanently banned from our publication.

Submitting authors retain the intellectual property rights to their submissions; however, by completing this form, they allow Mister Magazine to publish their submitted piece. Submitting authors also agree to allow Mister Magazine to use submitted pieces not only in official publications, but also for publicity purposes, including but not limited to social media accounts and the magazine website. All social media and web posts will be appropriately credited to/approved by the submitter. It is the author’s responsibility to ensure that their work is not subject to any exclusivity limitations, and if their submitted piece has been previously published, displayed, or shown in another capacity it is the submitting author’s responsibility to ensure their piece is eligible to be re-published.
